摘要
作为一种新的教师教育范式,在线教师专业发展是通过现代网络技术支持,在虚拟学习社区中开展的专业学习活动,旨在实现"最大程度地促进教师的自主学习和个性化专业发展"。同时,在线教师专业发展项目的实施与推广也面临许多困难,如缺乏行政部门的支持、缺乏经费和时间的支持、缺乏教师职前教育的支持、缺乏信息技术的支持。
As a new model of teacher education,Online Teachers' Professional Development focuses on professional learning activity in online virtue learning community based on modern web techniques ,aiming at promoting teachers independent learning and personal professional development. Meanwhile,the effective implementation and propagation of TOPD has some obstacles such as lacking the support from administrators arid financial and time ,lacking the support of pre-service teachers education and information technology.
