摘要
对锻锤隔震基础的结构系统、主要元件及其性能进行了简要介绍,对锻锤隔震基础机理进行了分析,并对主要元件的参数选择、力学模型的建立进行了探讨.
The structure of the vibration-isolation system for a forging hammer, the main components, and the system behavior are briefly described. The mechanism of the vibration-isolated foundation is discussed. The selection of the parameters of the components and the development of the mechanical model are investigated. The steel dish-springs are used as the vibration-isolated member, and the steel-wire rope damper as the main damping component, and a buck-pressure type amplitude limited is used to control the resilience of anvil block. As contrasted to the rubber-make vibration-isolation member, the system developed is characterized with non-aging and long life expectancy, and it is found that the acceleration of the hammer foundation is reduced by 94%, and the foundation displacement is reduced by 87% after the rubber foundation is replaced by dish-spring one.
