摘要
对幼儿园教师来说,加强自身的德性修养,不仅具有重要的教育价值,教师的德性本身就是最好的课程,有助于建立儿童对教师爱的情感,使教师克服来自人之本性的劣根性,实现有教无类的教育理想,而且具有持久的动力价值与深厚的幸福价值,促使教师持续不断地主动追求专业成长,并在与儿童的纯真相处中实现自我价值与社会价值的统一。加强德性修养不仅需要教师的自我反思与实践,而且需要教师培养与培训制度的设计者与实施者关注并研究教师德性养成问题。
There are great educational values, dynamic values and blessed values for kindergarten teachers to improve their virtues in their education practice. Not only the teachers but also the society should pay more attentions to the teachers' virtues improvement and take it as the key in the professional development of kindergarten teachers.
