摘要
研究了利用单色检测系统检测荧光屏彩色涂层中的残留和混色的图像处理方法;利用图像像素之间相关等性质,解决了分色和区域分割的自适应问题,实验结果表明,该方法的检测精度达到了一个像素级,且具有较强的鲁棒性.
The residual and mixed color in the coating of fluorescent screen are detected using monochrome system. According to the differences between various colors and grey levels in different regions, the time-sharing detection per coating procedure has been carried out, and it is found that the regional detection can be carried out with the relationship between the color features determined and extracted by the regional mean values and maximum values. Using the correlation between the pixels of the images, the regional color features and the correlation features extracted from the window of 2 x2 are taken as the standard of the detection, then the adaptive problem of the color separation and regional segmentation can be solved. The rest results show that the detection accuracy can come up to one pixel level and the method is shown to be of strong robustness.
