磁性薄膜磁畴图像的傅里叶光谱

摘要 提出一种快速估测大面积磁性薄膜磁畴结构的方法──傅里叶光谱分析法.利用偏振光透射半透明磁性薄膜产生的法拉第旋转效应,让穿过磁性薄膜后具有不同偏振面的光再经过检偏器,调整检偏器的晶轴方向使之与某一部分光的偏振面垂直,于是一部分偏振光消光,而另一部能够通过,在足够远处便得到了代表磁性薄膜畴结构的衍射光谱,这种方法可用于磁性薄膜畴参数估计及磁性薄膜畴壁动态特性研究. A method for the rapid observation of magnetic domain pattern in large-area magnetic film, the Fourier spectrum analysis technique, is developed. A beam of polarize light transmitting through the transparent magnetic film would rotate its polarization plane, i. e., the Faraday rotation. Let the beams with different polarization planes pass through an analyzer. Adjust then the angle between the principal axis of the analyzer and the polarization plane of the beam so as to make the principal axis perpendicular to the polarization plane of this part of light. This part of light would extinguish, but the other part of light transmits. A diffracted pattern which represents the magnetic domain pattern would be obtained in the distance. This method can be used to calculate the parameters of the domains and to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the domain walls.
