非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者化疗后继发急性早幼粒细胞白血病一例并文献复习
摘要
患者 女，20岁，因“发现淋巴结肿大半个月”于2006年2月14日入院，当时无意中发现颈部及腹股沟淋巴结肿大，约2cm×2cm大小，活动，光滑，无压痛，未伴发热、食欲不振、盗汗，消瘦，到南阳市肿瘤医院就诊，行腹股沟淋巴结活组织检查，切除淋巴结送河南省肿瘤医院行病理检查，
