摘要
提出了协调柔性的概念,指出企业发展协调柔性是平衡发展功能部门柔性达到企业柔性的必要途径;分析了影响企业协调柔性的因素,指出功能划分导致的部门界限是影响协调柔性的根本所在;提出运用内部客户-供应商方法为打破组织界限提供可操作的方法.
Currently, every functional department in an enterprise is trying to take appropriate measures to improve its flexibility. However, how to integrate the flexibility of all the functional departments to achieve the enterprise flexibility is yet an urgent problem left to be solved. The definition of coordination flexibility is proposed. It is pointed out that the development of coordination flexibility in an enterprise is the essential way to balance the development of the flexibilities of all the departments and to attain the enterprise flexibility. The factors which effect on the coordination flexibility of the enterprise are analyzed and it is suggested that the departments bound caused by function division is the root. Using customer-supplier way of running inside the enterprise would provide an operable approach to break off the department bound. The process to implement this approach is described.
