摘要
针对某款汽车空调送风温度分布不均匀问题,利用FLUENT流体仿真软件对其气流状态进行了分析。通过分析确定了该结构内部影响气流温度分布的决定因素是蒸发器出口挡板和加热器出口竖板,同时获得了性能优化参数。根据仿真计算结果,将更改样件在汽车空调风洞试验台架上进行了出风温度均匀性试验。试验结果表明,送风温度均匀性得到了明显改善,验证了仿真分析的准确性和可信度。
To solve the problem of uneven distribution of airflow temperature of an automotive air conditioner,we used FLUENT fluid simulation software to analyze status of AC air flow.By analyzing,we concluded that the decisive factor of its internal structure influencing airflow temperature distribution is the outlet baffle of evaporator and the vertical plate at the heater outlet, meanwhile we obtained the performance optimization parameters.We conducted an airflow temperature uniformity test on the automotive air conditioner tunnel test bench with the modified sample part in accordance with the simulative computation results.The test results indicate that uniformity of airflow temperature is improved considerably, which verifies accuracy and confidence of the simulative analysis.
