摘要 采用德国Digatron公司的电池模拟设备迪卡龙作为电机驱动系统的恒压动力源,搭建了电动车辆驱动电机响应特性试验台架,对电机稳态性能和动态性能进行了测试,并与使用蓄电池作为动力源的试验台架测试结果进行了对比。结果表明,采用恒压源作为动力源的电机试验台架,不仅消除了电压降对电机本体性能测试的影响,提高了试验数据的精确度,而且缩短了试验周期。 The drive motor response characteristic test bench of electric vehicle was established with the battery simulation equipment digatron introduced from digatron AG of Germany to supply constant voltage power source was used to supply constant voltage for motor system,the motor response characteristic test bench was also established,then the steady and dynamic performance of motor has been tested in this test bench.The test results showed that the test bench not only eliminated the effects of voltage performance reduction on motor body,but also improved the accuracy precision of test data and shortened the testing time.
