摘要
采用可回收利用的混合纤维替代传统的玻璃纤维研制了载货车地板隔声隔热垫,并通过试验确定了混合纤维地板隔声隔热垫的成型工艺。对采用超细玻璃棉材料、混合纤维毡材料及混合纤维毡穿孔材料的驾驶室地板隔声隔热垫进行了装车性能对比试验。试验结果表明,与玻璃纤维材料的制品相比,采用可回收利用的混合纤维制成的地板隔声隔热垫的性能优于玻璃纤维材料的性能,并可降低驾驶室内噪声。
The heat insulation blankets for truck floorwere developed by using recyclable recycled synthetic fabric instead of conventional glass fabric,and the molding technique for synthetic fabric blanket was determined by tests.The contrast tests of complete vehicle performance for different materials blankets were also carried out.The tests results showed that the sound-insulation and heat-insulation performance of the recyclable synthetic fabric blankets were better than glass fabric blankets,and the noise in cab could be reduced 0.6-0.7dB(A).
