摘要
调速型液力耦合器在转动机械中应用广泛。工作油系统是液力耦合器的关键环节,而工作油温问题时常影响液力耦合器的正常使用。在对液力耦合器滑差损失分析的基础上,利用解析方法对液力耦合器工作油的热特性进行了分析,得到了两种不同结构液力耦合器工作油温随输出转速的变化关系,并利用该理论结果,解决了液力耦合器的实际应用问题。
Variable speed turbo coupling is widely used in rotating machines. Working oil system is the key part in variable speed turbo coupling, while the problem of working oil temperature does harm to running of variable speed turbo coupling sometimes. On the basis of study on the slip of turbo coupling, it gets the theoretical relation between the working oil temperature and the output speed of two different kinds of variable speed turbo coupling by making a close study on the thermal characteristic of working oil system. With the characteristics of working oil temperature, some practical problems of turbo coupling are solved.
