摘要
学习结果与预先设定的定量指标相联系,并将它们与教学目标达成度相联系的评价模式不利于教学评价目的的达成.这种评价模式在教学实施前就已经将部分学生排除在某一等级之外,或将其划入了某一等级.这无益于激发学生学习积极性.学习结果应作为对教师的教学设想进行"折射"的材料,并结合目标的设定和具体教学实施,以教师的教学设想为对象展开评价.
It is not useful to the realization of objective of evaluation in physical education teaching to link fixed quantity target of evaluation with the result of study and purposes of physical education teaching. This model leads to such a result that some studentS are out of certain evaluation grade or put into another grade before physical education teaching is carried out. This is not benificial to stimulate student enthusiasm for study. It putS forward that the result of student study should be considered as an information reflecting teacher assumption of teaching, and that techer assumption of teaching should be made a target for evaluation.
