以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作为钠基蒙脱石(Na-MMT)的改性剂,通过离子交换法制备了一系列具有抗菌作用的有机蒙脱石(OMMT)。X-射线衍射(XRD)测试表明,Na-MMT的层间距(d001)值随着改性剂浓度的增长而增大,但MMT的层状结构未被破坏。分别以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌种,通过"最小抑菌浓度法"测试了不同CTAB浓度下制备的OMMT的抗菌活性。试验结果表明:当CTAB的摩尔数与Na-MMT的阳离子交换容量(CEC)之比为1∶1.5时,OMMT对两种细菌的最小抑菌浓度均为25×10-6,而且成本低且具有缓释性能。
A series of Organic-montmorillonite (OMMTs) with antibacterial activity were synthesized using Na-montmorillonite (Na-MMT) and eetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) by ion-exchange. The resultant OMMTs were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), and results showed that the interlayer space (d001) of Na-MMT increasesed with the concentration of CTAB, but the layered structures of Na-MMT were not destroyed. The antibacterial activity of resultant OMMTs prepared at different concentration of CTAB to E.coli and staphylococcus aureus were tested by minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) method, respectively. The results revealed that MICs of the OMMT were both 25 ppm to the two bacteria when the molar ratio of CTAB and Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) of Na-MMT was 1 : 1.5, furthermore, the product cost was low and had sustained-release properties.
