凹凸棒石黏土的酸洗提纯工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 实验以凹凸棒石黏土为主要原料,研究制定了凹凸棒石黏土的提纯工艺,分析了提纯过程中主要影响因素对提纯效果的影响,确定了凹凸棒石黏土提纯的最佳工艺参数。用FT-IR、EDX等现代测试手段对材料进行了表征,同时对凹凸棒石黏土提纯前后的表面性质进行了研究探讨。结果表明:由于煅烧后凹凸棒石黏土的比表面积会发生下降,没有采取煅烧的处理手段;通过正交实验最后确定凹凸棒石酸洗的工艺为:硫酸酸液浓度60%,酸洗时间2.5h,酸洗温度80℃,液固比5∶1;凹凸棒石黏土经适当的酸洗工艺提纯后可得到SiO2含量达76%以上的凹凸棒石精土,比表面积提高,杂质元素减少。 Taking attapulgite clay as main materials,the author made out the main step of purificatioin technology of attapulgite clay and analysed the effect of main factors on the result during purification,in order to work out the best conditions of each factor. The material was characterized by FT-IR, EDX and so on. The results indicated that calcinations, which lowered the surface area of the attapulgite clay, was not allowed and the best conditions of acid ;vashing were that the concentration of sulfuric acid was 60%, the time range of acid washing was 2.5h, the temperature of acid washing was 80℃, the ration of solid to liquid was 5 to 1. The content of SiO2 increased up to 76%, while the content of impurity decreased, and the surface area of the attaputgite clay increased after acid washing.
