摘要
目的观察健康者心电图QRS波振幅在记录状态和记录时间变化时的特点。方法100名医学生用同一个仪器和在同一测试环境下记录3次心电图。第1次(组1)2周后记录第2次(组2),均为静息心电图。第2次(组2)2周后记录第3次(组3),为运动后心电图。对组1与组2、组3与组2、组3与组1之间的心率,QRS波振幅的胸导合值、∑QRS进行比较。结果组1与组2之间心率有差异(p<0.05),胸导合值、∑QRS无差异。组3与组1、组3与组2之间的心率有差异(p<0.05),胸导合值、∑QRS无差异。结论健康者用同一个仪器、在同一测试环境下,描记时间不同、运动后与静息不同状态时心率可有差异性变化,但胸导合值、∑QRS无差异性变化。
Objective To observe the total QRS amplitude variation characteristics of the electrocardiogram during the conditions and recording time of without diseases. Methods Three electrocardiograms of 100 medical students were recorded with the same apparatus and same testing environment. The first (group 1) and second (group 2) recording were performed with an interval of 2 weeks. The third (group 3) recording was recorded two weeks after the second recording, which was recorded after taking exercises. The heart rate, the total chest leads QRS amplitude, the total 12-leads QRS amplitude were compared between group 1 and group 2, group 3 and group :2 as well as group 3 and group 1. Results The heart rate has significant difference between group 1 with group 2 (p 〈0.05), but the total chest leads QRS amplitude and the total 12-leads QRS amplitude has no difference between group 1 with group 2. The same results were found when comparing the parameters between group 1 and group 3. Conclusion The total chest leads QRS amplitude and the total 12-leads QRS amplitude are comparatively stable with limited variation under the same apparatus, testing environment, and different recording time. But the heart rate increase obviously after taking exercises which leads to larger differences.
