摘要
将时滞泛函微分方程稳定性定理推广到中立型方程，并做了一些改进，以便于时变大系统的稳定性分析．
Stability theorems of functional differenfial equations are extended to neutral equations,and some improvement is made for the purpose of stability analysis of lange scale systems,with variation arguments.
