Non-isothermal Kinetics of Thermal Oxidative Degradation of Flame Retardant Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer

摘要 为了考察自制膦酸酯阻燃剂(DP-FR)对热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)热性能的影响,测得了阻燃TPEE(FR-TPEE)共混材料空气气氛下非等温热重(TG)数据,利用Kissinger和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa两种动力学方法,分别求得了FR-TPEE热氧降解反应活化能Ea.结果表明:DP-FR对FR-TPEE的初始分解温度、最大降解温度影响不大,对反应活化能稍有影响,阻燃材料仍具有很高的热稳定性.研究结果还表明:DP-FR提高了FR-TPEE热氧降解的质量保留率,显示出较好的阻燃性. The effects of phosphonate ester flame retardant (DP - FR) on thermal stability of flame retardant thermoplastic polyester elastomer (FR - TPEE) blends were studied. The kinetics of the thermal oxidative degradation of FR - TPEE blends were investigated by non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis in air. Kissinger method and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method had been used to determine the activation energies of FR - TPEE degradation, respectively. The results showed that DP - FR had a little influence on initial degradation temperature, maximum degradation temperature and activation energies, but the FR - TPEE blends still had good thermal stability. The results also showed that FR- TPEE blends had high char yield, and also demonstrated the good flame retardancy of DP- FR.
