摘要
通过提取非织造布图像中纤维之间孔洞的边缘线取向来对纤维的取向分布进行测量.首先采集非织造布纤维网图像,采用中值滤波去除图像中的噪声.然后选用一定的阈值将灰度图像转化为二值图像,利用数学形态学处理填充纤维内部孔洞.经图像标识依次提取各个孔洞子图像.最后根据孔洞边缘线的取向计算纤维的取向角,经统计得到纤维的取向分布.
The orientation of the holes' edge profiles among fibers in the image was extracted to measure the fiber orientation distribution of nonwoven fabrics. Firstly, the image of the nonwoven web was captured, and the noises on image were removed by mecttum rater.Then the image of nonwoven web was turned into a binary image by a threshold, and the holes in the fiber were filled by operation of mathematical morphology. The sub images of the holes among fibers were labeled sequentially. Finally,the obliquity of the fiber was calculated based on the edge direction of each hole, and the orientation distribution of the fibers was obtained.
