基于J1939协议的煤矿机械用仪表的设计

Design of the instrument for mining machinery based on J1939 protocols

摘要 针对目前矿用机械仪最的需要,开发了一种基于J1939协议的煤矿机械用仪表介绍了CAN总线及J1939协议,给出了基于J1939协议的矿山机械发动机转速计时仪的硬件及软件设计方案实验数据分析表明,该仪表能够满足煤矿机械的要求。 In view of the current needs of mining machinery instruments, an instrument based on J1939 protocols is developed. The CAN-Bus and J1939 protocols are introduced. The detailed hardware and software design of the tachometer chronograph of mining machinery motor based on J1939 protocols is given. The analysis of experimental data shows that the instrument can meet the needs of mining machinery, so as to solve the complexity and poor maintenance of the mining machinery instrument.
