工艺参数对改性粉煤灰处理含磷废水效果的影响研究

摘要 采用浓硫酸固相反应法对粉煤灰改性并用于含磷废水的净化,通过单因素多水平实验及正交实验确定了影响除磷效率的主要因素及其影响规律。实验得出最佳工艺条件为:吸附剂用量为1.5%,初始浓度为50mg/L,pH值为5,吸附时间为5min。其中吸附剂用量对净化效果的影响最大,其次是初始浓度,再次是pH值,最后是反应时间。 The fly ash is modified by the solid state reaction with sulfuric acid for the dephosphorization from waste water. The single condition experiments and the orthogonal experiments are conducted in order to get the main factors which effect on the rate of dephosphorization and to get the influence law. The result of the experiments shows that the best technological conditions such as the adsorbent dosage is at 1.5%, the initial phosphate concentration is at 50mg/l, the pH is at 5 and the reaction time is at 5 minutes. The result also shows that the adsorbent dosage is greatest influence on the removal rate, the second is initial phosphate concentration, the third is pH and the last is reaction time.
