摘要
点焊拼接极是拼焊板中的一种,它最显著的特点是焊点及其热影响区材料性能的改变以及由此而产生的应力集中现象。为了研究点焊拼接板焊点处的应力状态以及焊点对板材产生应力集中的影响范围,在适当简化的基础上,从应力函数和叠加原理出发推导出了焊点附近的径向应力、切向应力以及等效应力的分布规律,并根据这一分布规律解释了点焊拼接板拉伸试验中表现出的宽度方向上变形不均匀的特点。经过计算表明,单向拉伸时,在距离焊点中心(为焊点半径)处,应力集中现象已基本消失。
The spot welding tailor blank is one kind of tailor welded blanks. The obvious characteristics of the spot welding tailor blank are the property changes of material in the heat affected zone and the stress concentration. In order to study the stress conditions around the spots and the effect of spots to stress concentration, this paper deduces the distribution rules of radius stress, tangential stress and equivalent stress by adopting the stress function and the principle of superposition after making some suitable simplifications. The uniform deformation on the wide direction in stretching test of spot welding tailor blank is explained according to the stress distribution. The calculations indicate that the stress concentration phenomena disappears at ( is the radius of the welding spot) away from the center of the welding spots.
