摘要
采用Deform-3D软件,对带有4个支撑台的半球形封头,采用整体拉伸的方式对其成形后的壁厚规律进行研究。在模拟过程中,先后通过对模具的修改和毛坯板形的修改,得到优化的工艺参数,确定较好的工艺方案,为工程应用提供了理论依据。
Based on the software Deform-3D, this paper adopts whole deep drawing to study the wall thickness rule about the formed semi-spherical head with four supporting disks. The optimized process parameters and a better process scheme are obtained through modifying the die and blank shape, which provides a theoretical basis for the engineering application.
