摘要
采用壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐整理纯棉织物，通过单因素试验得到抗菌整理的较佳工艺条件。对经抗菌整理织物的白度、强力以及免烫性能等测试结果表明，在l％的壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐抗菌整理液中加入6％BTCA，于pH值8～9，170℃焙烘3min的条件下，整理织物的抗菌性能优良，且免烫性和耐洗性良好，洗涤20次后抑菌率仍达95％以上。
The chitosan guanidine hydrochloride was used to treat pure cotton fabric, and the optimal technological conditions of anti-bacterial finish was studied. The whiteness, strength and non-ironing property of antibacterial fabric was tested. The re- suits showed that the fabric featured excellent antibacterial properties, good non-ironing and washable properties under the condition of BTCA （6%） interfusing into the antimicrobial solution （1%）, pH value 8 - 9, and baking 3 minutes at 170 ℃. The fungistatic rate was more than 9.5% after 20 times laundering.
