Measures about thress aspects of paper industry are included in the light industry reviving outline which has been passed by the State Council recently. Like measures to improve the relationship between supply and demand, measures to enhance the competitiveness and measures to support the funds and taxes. Amony these measures, improving the relationship between supply and demand is probably the key point of our concerning, it can lighten the burden of country supply, improve the products profit rate and sales through expanding export and eliminating obsolete energy.
