摘要
探讨了肾上腺素在pH3~7恒离子强度溶液中、玻璃碳电极上的吸附现象,解析了表面超额Γ等一系列电极过程的动力学参数.结果表明:(1)肾上腺素在玻璃碳电极上存在“弱”吸附现象,并且在pH≥3的McIlvaine缓冲溶液中,肾上腺素的吸附量是比较大的;
The present paper discusses characteristic of electrochemical oxidation of epinephrine at glassy carbon electrode(GCE) in pH3~7 constant ionic strength solution with cyclic voltammetry experiment.The adsorption phenomenon of epinephrine is researched and the saturate surface excess( Γ )and other kinetic parameters of the electrode process are calculated.The result of the experiment indicates that epinephrine is weakly absorbed at the GCE and the saturate surface excess of epinephrine can not be negligible in McIlvaine buffer solution whose pH value is more than or equal to three.It is also found through further analysis that the variation of pH value of McIlvaine buffer solution highly affected kinetic characteristic of electrochemicaloxidationofepinephri ne.
