Periodical management,such as manuscript management,approval,distribution et al,is usually done by manual labour and the work is exhausting and dull,in case not so careful errors occur. Micro computer has immense power and high speed of information processing. With study on software in periodical management,high efficiency and speed are obtained and the work could be finished as required.By use of micro computer,not only could the self quality of personnel be strengthened,diminishing working lobour;but the standardization and modernization of periodical work be improved,enhancing both social and economic benefit.
