甲状旁腺激素在骨质疏松症治疗中的作用 被引量：5

摘要 早在1979年Riggs BL就研究了甲状旁腺激素（PTH）在骨质疏松中的重要性，绝经后及老年性骨质疏松患者存在PTH水平下降，鉴于此于是有人试图用PTH来治疗骨质疏松症患者，经过近20年的研究，2002年美国食品与药物管理局批准使用重组人甲状旁腺素rhPTH（1-34）治疗骨质疏松症。
