2型糖尿病患者外周血CD31^+/CD42^-内皮微颗粒变化 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病是动脉粥样硬化发生发展的危险因素,其中内皮损伤是其中心环节,因此及时评估内皮细胞功能对预测糖尿病患者血管病变的发生有重要价值。内皮细胞在受到外界刺激或自身发生凋亡时,能分泌一种膜性小囊泡,直径小于1.5um,简称为内皮微颗粒(EMP)。检测血浆中EMP的水平有可能成为评估内皮功能的良好方法。本研究旨在探讨2型糖尿病患者EMP水平的变化及其与血糖控制之间的关系。
