摘要:制备了用掺杂铕(111)离子的类普鲁士蓝膜修饰的玻碳电极,并研究了2,4,6-三硝基苯酚在此修饰电极上的电化学行为。试验结果表明:与裸玻碳电极相比,2,4,6-三硝基苯酚在此修饰电极上的还原峰电流显著提高,还原电位大大降低,且工作曲线的线性范围明显增宽。在此基础上提出了-种高灵敏度直接测定2,4,6-三硝基苯酚的伏安测定法。在优化的条件下,测得特征还原峰的电流值与2,4,6-三硝基苯酚浓度在4.0×10-5~2.0×10-3mol·L-1及2.0×10-7~8.0×10-6mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3σ)为6.0×10-8mol.L-1。以黄河水样作为基体,用标准加入法做回收试验,测得回收率在97.7%~103.3%之间。
Abs A glassy carbon electrode modified with analogous prussian blue film doped with Eu2+ ion was prepared and the electrochemical behavior of 2, 4, 6-trinitrophenol at the modified carbon glassy electrode was studied. It was shown by the experimental results, as compared with the use of bare glassy carbon electrode, remarkable raising of reductive peak current, lowering of reductive potential and broadening of range of working curve of 2,4,6-trinitrophenol were observed at the modified electrode. Based on these facts, a sensitive method for direct determination of 2,4,6-trinitrophenol by voltarnmetry was proposed. Linear relationships between values of characteristic reductive current and concentration of 2,4,6-trinitrophenol were obtained in the ranges of 4. 0 ×10-5 to 2.0×10-3mol ·L-1 and 2. 0×10-7 to 8.0×10-6mol ·L-1, with its detection limit (3σ) of 6. 0×10-8mol · L-1. By taking water sample from the Huanghe river as matrix, recovery of the method was tested by standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range from 97. 7% to 103. 3%.
