摘要
针对乙烯精馏塔塔釜原有控制方案的缺陷,提出了以软测量技术为基础的塔釜乙烯浓度推断控制方案。对该方案所要求的乙烯浓度估计器,从辅助变量的选取、输入输出变量的处理、软测量模型结构等方面作了介绍。同时详细阐述了如何在TDC3000型集散控制系统内实施该先进控制方案。从实际投用情况来看,该方案稳定了塔釜乙烯浓度,降低了再沸器的热负荷和精馏塔的操作能耗,有着显著的经济效益。
Aiming at the shortcomings of original control strategy, the inferential concentration control scheme based on soft sensing technology for ethylene distillation column kettle is proposed. Some of the major parts in the scheme, such as ethylene concentration estimator, the selection of auxiliary variables, processing of input and output variables, and structure of soft sensing model are introduced. The implementation of the advanced control scheme in TDC3000 distributed control system is described in detail. From practical operation, it indicates that the scheme makes the concentration in stable, and reduces the heat load of re-boiling unit. Thus the energy consumption of the operation of column kettle is decreased to offer outstanding economical benefits.
