摘要
织物的水分含量直接影响生产效率和生产成本,因此,对它的准确测量具有重要意义。根据含水织物对微波的吸收效应,针对企业对纺织材料含水率检测和控制的需要,利用微波技术检测物体中的含水率,设计了微波测湿的实验方案。对传感器设计等关键性问题进行了分析、研究和实验,并将实验所得的数据通过数据采集卡传输到计算机中,使用虚拟语言LabVIEW对数据进行采集和处理,显示出织物的含水率。经实验验证,该在线检测方法是可行的。
The moisture content in fabric influences the efficiency and costs of production directly. Thus it is very important to measure the moisture content precisely. In accordance with the absorbency effect of fabric with moisture about micro-wave, and aiming at the demands on detection and control for moisture in enterprises, by adopting micro-wave technology the experimental strategy of measuring moisture content is designed. The critical issues in sensor design are analyzed, studied and tested; the data obtained by experiments are transmitted into computer through data acquisition card, with virtual language LabVIEW the data are collected, processed, and the moisture content of fabric is displayed. The experiments verifiy that the method is feasible.
