摘要
针对在冰淇淋均质老化机的温度控制系统中,传统PID控制方法表现不佳的问题,提出了分段式模糊PID的控制方法。根据温度误差对系统控制区进行分段,通过分段控制的模糊控制方法和PID控制结合在一起,实现了两种控制方法优势互补。设计了基于单片机的温度控制器,实验结果表明,系统的响应速度和稳态精度都得到了提高,该方法优于传统PID控制方式。
Aiming at the poor performance of traditional PID control in temperature control for ice cream homogenizing and aging machine,the control method of sectional tuzzy PID is proposed, the control region of the system is divided into sections based on temperature error,and fuzzy control and PID control are combined through sectional control method. Thus, complementary superiority is implemented. The temperature controller based on single chip computer is designed, the experimental result indicates that the stable accuracy and response speed of the system are enhanced,the method is better than traditional PID control.
