服务贸易对中国外贸增长方式转变的作用分析

An Analysis on the Role of Services Trade in Transforming Growth Pattern of China's Foreign Trade

改革开放以来,我国对外贸易发展迅速,在货物贸易不断发展的同时服务贸易也取得了长足的进步。然而,当前我国外贸增长方式仍然存在问题:一是我国整体贸易结构还不合理,服务贸易发展相对滞后;二是货物贸易的增长是粗放型的,以数量扩张为主;三是货物贸易出口以加工贸易为主,不利于技术创新;四是服务贸易本身竞争力不强。在此背景下本文重点分析服务贸易在促进我国外贸增长方式转变中的作用:(1)优化我国的整体对外贸易结构;(2)作为中间投入品,提高出口货物的技术含量,使货物贸易增长向集约型发展。提出我国需要进一步大力发展服务贸易以继续优化外贸增长方式。

Since reform and opening up, China's foreign trade has developed rapidly,including both goods trade and services trade. However, there are some problems in the current trade growth pattern: first, the overall trade structure isn't perfectly reasonable and services trade is still relatively backward; second, the growth of trade in goods is still extensive, mainly relying on quantity; third, process trade dominates exports and it makes against technology innovation; fourth, services trade itself is lack of competitiveness. Based on this, the paper focuses on the role of services trade in transforming growth pattern of China's foreign trade:(1)optimizing the overall structure of Chinese foreign trade;(2)as inputs, increasing the technology content of export products and making goods trade more intensive. Therefore we propose that it's necessary to develop trade in services further in order to optimize China's foreign trade growth pattern.
