农村金融服务条件下资金流与经济增长的相关性分析

农村经济发展离不开大量资金流的有力支撑。农村资金流的来源包括农业自身产出、财政投入、金融服务三个方面。通过建立我国农村资金流与经济增长关系的VAR模型,验证二者互动关系后显示,推动农村地区经济增长的金融动力主要源自农村消费和农业存款等自身造血机制;农业金融服务体系贡献十分脆弱,导致农村产业发展缓慢,农户收入增幅较低。为此,必须巩固和强化现有的支农金融机构服务成果,积极探索农村金融服务新形式;加强和完善对农户的信用等级评估体系;打破垄断和政府担保,建立高效的农业金融风险控制模式。
