摘要 用水和不同浓度的乙醇、丙酮作溶剂提取金樱子黄酮。通过正交实验得出乙醇法提取金樱子黄酮类化合物最佳条件为:乙醇浓度60%、水浴温度70℃、固液比1∶150,此时提取液中黄酮含量为0.4512mg/ml。丙酮法最佳提取条件:丙酮浓度60%,水浴温度50℃,固液比为1∶50时,提取液中黄酮含量为0.5241mg/ml。 Water, acetone and alcohol of different densities were used as dissolvent to extract the flavonoids in Rosa laevigata Michx. Orthogonal test results showed that alcohol of 60% under 70℃ of water bath temperature with ratio of 1:150 of solid to ethanol solution were the optimal extraction conditions under which total flavonoids in extract of Rosa laevigata Machx was 0.451 2 mg/ml. The best conditions of acetone extraction conditions were 60% content of acetone, 50℃ of water bath temperature and of ratio of 1:50 of solid to liauid, when total flavonoids was 0.524 1 mg/ml.
