Incentive Policies,Ownership and the Innovation Activity of Enterprises

企业创新活动对于转变经济增长方式具有重要影响,国家近年来也在通过各种政策激励企业的创新活动。本文以珠海国家高新技术开发区的数据为基础,对影响企业创新行为的因素进行了定量分析。分析显示,除规模、盈利等企业内部因素外,以政策激励为主的外部因素对企业的创新活动也具有一定的影响,不过这种影响的显著性在不同所有权特征的企业间存在差异。另外,外资企业的当地创新活动对于内资企业研发活动总体上具有影响,不过外资企业地区来源特征的不同会使该种影响存在差异。

Because R＆D activities conducted by enterprises play an important role in transforming the model of economic growth, the government is now inspiring R＆D activities of enterprises through some policies. This paper analyzes determinants of R＆D activities of enterprises, finding that both internal characteristic and external environment have great effects on R＆D investment of enterprises, but the significance of the effect differs among the enterprises with different ownership characteristic. What＇s more, local innovation activities of multinational affiliation also play an important role in R＆D expenditure of domestic enterprises, which is affected by the difference of home country of foreign enterprises.
