脓毒症中凝血酶-蛋白酶活化受体1—1-磷酸鞘氨醇信号通路的研究进展
摘要
脓毒症是重症监护病房患者最常见的致死原因,其特征表现为促炎、抗炎和凝血反应的失控。尽管应用了新的更有效的抗生素和血管活性药物进行治疗,脓毒症的病死率仍然保持在一个很高的水平上。脓毒症造成的组织损害和器官功能障碍不仅是由于微生物的侵入,也是由于机体对感染的防御反应释放了过多的炎症介质所致。凝血系统对脓毒症中内皮细胞的炎症反应有显著的调节作用,因此,抑制凝血系统的反应可能是脓毒症治疗更有希望的方向。凝血酶是大家熟知参与凝血反应的物质之一,
