摘要
目的:分析江香薷籽挥发油中的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取江香薷籽挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法鉴定其化学成分,归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:共检出20个色谱峰,鉴定了其中17个化合物,占挥发油总量的99.06%。其主要化学成分为香荆芥酚(57.01%)、百里香酚(30.72%)、乙酸百里酚(2.56%)、乙酸香荆芥酚(2.14%)、α-石竹烯(1.62%)。结论:本研究可为进一步开发利用江香薷提供科学依据,并为江香薷药材质量标准的制订提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil extracted from Mosla chinensis seeds. METHODS: The essential oil was extracted from Mosla chinensis seeds by steam distillation method and identified by GC-MS, and its relative content was determined using normalization method. RESULTS: A total of 20 chromatographic peaks were detected and 17 chemical compounds were identified, which made up 99.06% of the total essential oil content. The major chemical constituents were carvacrol( 57.01% ), tbymol(30.72 % ), thymol acetate(2.56% ), carvacrol acetate(2.14% ) and α- caryophyllene(1.62% ) . CONCLUSION: The results in our study provides scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization of Mosla chinensis and serves as reference for establishing quality standard of Mosla chinensis herbal medicine.
