ＬＣ控制器是高抗干扰性的控制设备，具有安装调试方便、编程简单、可在线修改程序、稳定性和可靠性高等优点，广泛应用于各种工业过程控制中。介绍在国内中小炼铁高炉中应用ＰＬＣ技术改造老式的机械秤及机械电子秤组成的配料上料系统，从而实现高炉上料过程自动化的一些经验。

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a kind of high interference-free control device which is easy to install, program, debug and online-modify. So it is widely used in industrial automatic control system. Some experience is introduced in this thesis of how to make use of PLC in weighing/controlling process for automatic feeding system in Blast Furnace.
