摘要
在对广西靖西通灵大峡谷旅游者旅游体验调研的基础上,运用差距分析理论分析了旅游者生态旅游体验的期望与感知的差距,发现生态旅游体验相关的服务均比预期差。基于旅游者个体差异的生态旅游体验期望与感知的差异性分析表明,生态旅游体验期望相当一致,而感知具有明显的差异。鉴于此,提出了加强生态旅游景区管理的建议,以提高旅游者的服务满意度。
On the basis of investigation on tourists' experiences in Tongling Canyon in Jingxi County, Guangxi, this thesis applies the theory of Gap Analysis to analyze the gap between tourists' expectations and perceives to coo-tourism experiences. And it finds that actual services related to eco-tourism experiences are worse than that of expectation. Gap analysis between expectations and perceives to eeo-tourism experiences based on different tourist individuals revels that tourists' expectations to eco- tourism experiences are in accord while tourists' perceptions show obviously different. In view of the above, the thesis puts forward suggestions on enforcing management of eco-tourism scenic spots, aiming to improve tourists' satisfaction at services.
