生物降解材料聚丙交酯的研究(Ⅱ)丙交酯单体的纯化方法研究

Study on Biodegredable materials of poly(DL-lactide)(Ⅱ) Study on purity method of DL-lactide

经低分子聚乳酸热解得到的丙交酯中，含有少量乳酸、水及降解产物，这种粗单体必须经过精制除去杂质，才适合于开环聚合并能够获得较高分子量的聚丙交酯，本文研究了乙酸乙酯—苯混合溶剂体系用于丙交酯的重结晶纯化，通过实验确定了最佳的丙交酯重结晶溶剂体系和条件。

The crude Lactide is recrystallized from some solvents, its metting points are 126℃ it is polymerized formed high moleaalcer weight-products. Lactide was recry stallized in bezene-ethyl acetate mixue solvemts were studied.
