摘要
在饭店之间的硬实力日益趋同的背景下,软实力对于提升饭店的综合竞争力发挥着越来越重要的作用。当前我国饭店企业普遍存在着软实力薄弱的发展瓶颈,这对我国饭店企业的长远发展是极为不利的。研究饭店软实力论题具有重要的现实意义。对饭店软实力的概念与内涵进行了界定;分析饭店软实力的5个重要构成要素,包括品牌、形象、文化、创新、人才,以及各要素之间的动态交互影响机制;探究饭店软实力形成的内部和外部路径,并对我国饭店企业建设软实力提出合理化建议。
Under the background that the hard power of hotels has become more and more similar day by day, the soft power has played a more and more importment role in promoting the integrated competitiveness of hotels. At present, there exists a common phenomenon in China that soft power of hotels is very weak, and this is extremely unfavorable to hotels' long-term development in our country. Therefore, it has practical instruction meaning to research the topic of hotels' soft power. The paper firstly describes the concept and connotation of hotels' soft power. Secondly, it analyzes five elements of hotels' soft power including brand, image, culture, innovation and talent, and also analyzes the influencing mechanism among each element. Thirdly, it explores the inner route and outer route of building hotels' soft power. Finally, it puts forward some reasonable countermeasures to build soft power of hotels in China.
