对经典的两个多项式的结式矩阵进行了推广．在有单位元交换环上，引进了一般多项式系的广义结式矩阵，并给出了其在唯一分解环上关于多项式系公因子存在性方面的应用．

This paper generalizes the resultant matrix of two polynomials. On the Commutative ring with identity,introduces the generalized resultant matrices of a polynomial system. And on the unigue factorization domain, gives its applications on the existence of common divisors of a polynomial system.
