摘要
自然情况下羊草(Leymuschinense)种子发芽率很低,但通过低温春化和植物激素等人工处理方法可以提高种子发芽率,其中采用15×10-5赤霉素和5×10-6细胞分裂素共同处理羊草种子是提高发芽率的最佳途径,这对羊草草场的建设与改良都具实际意义.
Under natural conditions. the seed germination rate of Leymus chinensis was very low. In this paper, seed germination freatment of Leymus chinensis was increased by low temperaturre remalization and adding plant hormone. It suggested that treatment of the mixture of 1 5×10 -5 gibberellin and 5×10 -6 cytokinia was the best way for increasing seed germination rate of Leymus chinensis. The research result can be used for the construction and amelioration of Leymus chinensis.
