两种鸣禽鸣啭控制核团体积的季节性变化 被引量:9

摘要 用Nisl染色和HE染色,通过定量分析研究了鸣禽粟巫鸟(Emberizarutila)和燕雀(Fringilamontifringila)鸣啭控制核团体积的季节性变化,同时对睾丸体积的季节性变化进行了观察,结果发现,鸣禽前脑三个主要鸣啭相关核团上纹状体腹侧尾核(HVc)、古纹状体粗核(RA)、旁嗅叶的X区(Xarea)的体积存在显著的季节性差异.睾丸的体积和重量亦呈显著的季节性变化,这些结果揭示,鸣禽鸣啭能力的季节性变化是受鸣啭控制核团体积和睾酮水平季节性变化的影响. The volumes of brain regions involved in song control were mesured in adult male Emberiza rutila and Fringilla montifringilla. The results showed that there was significant seasonal difference in the volume of the hyperstriatum ventrale(HVc), the robust nucleus of the archistriatum(RA), X area of lobus parolfactorius. There was not seasonal difference in the volume of tracheosyringeal part of hypoglossal nucleus(nXIIts), which innervate syringeal muscles and the medial spiriform nucleus(SpM), which was selected as control. The volume and weight of testes were measured and a large seasonal difference were found. The data bear on hypotheses concerning the relationship between size of brain nuclei and sing behavior.
