摘要 目的研究辣椒碱纳米乳注射剂的处方和制备工艺,并对其质量进行评价。方法以外观、粒径、包封率为指标,通过单因素试验筛选处方成分,包括油相、乳化剂、助乳化剂组成及比例,同时优化制备工艺。结果优选得辣椒碱纳米乳处方组成为:中链脂肪酸三甘油酯∶吐温80∶豆磷脂∶丙二醇的质量比为1.5∶2.5∶1.25∶1.5;所制得纳米乳滴平均粒径6.16 nm,多分散系数0.307,包封率85.22%。结论制得的辣椒碱纳米乳制备工艺简单,并符合纳米乳主要指标要求。 Objective To optimize the formulation and preparation procedure of capsaicin nanoemulsion injection and evaluate the quality of the injection. Methods The Prescription and the ratio of capsaicin nanoemulsion including oil, emulsifier and co-emulsifier were selected and the preparation procedure was optimized with single-factor test by using appearance, particle size, encapsulation efficiency as indicators. Results The composition and the ratio of eapsaicin nanoemulsion were MCT: Tween 80: phospholipid: propanediol = 1.5: 2.5: 1.25: l. 5. The particle size of capsaicin nanoemulsion was 6. 16 nm. The polydispersity index of capsaicin nanoemulsion was 0. 307, and the encapsulation efficiency of capsaicin nanoemulsion was 85.22%. Conclusion The preparation procedure of eapsaicin nanoemulsion is simple, and the main indexes of nanoemulsion are optimized.
