老年咳喘片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定

Determination of icariin in Laoniankechuan tablets by HPLC

目的测定老年咳喘片中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法采用高效液相法,色谱柱用Kromasil C18柱,以乙腈-水（体积比20∶80）为流动相,检测波长为270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷在6.91-55.28μg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为98.32%,RSD为1.20%。结论本法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for analyzing icariin in Latoniankechuan tablets. Methods Samples were analyzed on a Kromasil Cls column using CH3CN-water（20： 80）as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 270 nm. Results Icariin had a good linearity over the range of 6.91 - 55.28 μg/mL（ r = 0.999 9 ）, The average recovery was 98.32% with RSD of 1.20%. Conclusion This method is simple, reliable and reproducible, which could be used for the quality control of Laoniankechuan tablets.
