HPLC法同时测定风寒感冒片中葛根素和橙皮苷的含量

HPLC for the simultaneous determination of puerarin and hesperidin in Fenghanganmao tablets

目的建立风寒感冒片的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamond C18（4.6 mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（体积比25∶75）,检测波长：葛根素250 nm,橙皮苷283 nm。结果葛根素在进样量为0.156-3.152μg范围内,橙皮苷在进样量为0.100-2.006μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率：葛根素为99.0%,RSD=0.97%,橙皮苷为98.4%,RSD=1.27%（n=9）。结论该法操作简便易行、准确可靠,可用于风寒感冒片的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous quantification of puerarin and hesperidin in Fenghanganmao tablets. Methods Chromatography was performed using a Diamond C18 column（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm）, The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（25： 75）. The detection wavelengths were 250 nm for puerarin and 283 nm for hesperidin. Results The method was validated over the ranges of 0. 156 - 3. 152 μg for puerarin and 0. 100 - 2. 006 μg fur hesperidin and found to be linear. Average recoveries for puerarin and hesperidin were 99.0% and 98.4% , respectively ; RSD values were 0.97% and 1.27% , respectively. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Fenghanganmao tablets.
