基于变论域插值模糊PID的压剪试验机压力测控仪 被引量:1

摘要 针对压剪试验机电液伺服压力系统的非线性和特性时变性,研究设计了一种基于变论域插值模糊PID控制器。采用论域收缩方法和矩形域上二元函数分片双一次插值技术,解决了一般PID参数自调整方法易陷入对某一工作点的局部优化的问题。保证了系统控制参数的全局最优性,并且解决了模糊控制器在既定规则下无法保障高精度的问题。比较了常规模糊PID控制与变论域插值模糊PID控制的效果,结果表明,采用变论域插值模糊PID控制方法更能保证系统的全局稳定性以及控制精度,能有效的克服稳态误差和颤振现象。 According to the non-linearity and variation against time of the electro-hydraulic pressure system of the load-shear test machine, an interpolation algorithm fuzzy-PID controller was designed and developed on the basis of variable universe. Variable universe and double-linear interpolation algorithm of rectangular binary function were adopted to solve the problems incurred by the self-regulation of general PID parameters concerned with local optimization, which guaranteed the overall optimization of system control parameters and solved the problem of high-precision otherwise unattainable within the universe of given rules. Then comparison is made of the effects between general fuzzy-PID control and an interpolation algorithm fuzzy-PID control based on variable universe, which show that the interpolation algorithm fuzzy-PID control based on variable universe can do a better job in safeguarding the overall stability and control precision of the system thus to effectively overcome steady state error and chatter phenomenon.
