摘要
线阵CCD具有检测精度高,传感范围大,信号传输速度快等优点,在特定的应用领域中有面阵CCD不可比拟的优势。文中采用复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD和USB2.0接口技术,实现了线阵CCD的高速驱动和每秒100帧的数据直接传输,在VC++平台上编写了数据显示和存储软件。系统已应用于一维液晶光学相阵列光束偏转性能测试中。
Linear CCD has the advantages such as high accuracy, wide sensing range and high-speed signal transmission, that is superior to the planar array CCD in certain applications. This paper discussed the high speed linear CCD driving and data acquisition system based on CPLD and USB2.0 technologies that realized 100 frames per second direct data transfer rate. The data display and storage software was written on Visual C ++ platform. The system has been applied to beam steering characteristic precision measurement of one dimensional liquid crystal optical phased array.
